Great care is taken in packing your purchase for shipping. Damaged shipments are extremely rare due to our decades of experience in packing and shipping this fragile artwork, but should there be any damage please contact us immediately.
We utilize UPS ground service for all shipments within the 48 states, unless otherwise required. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order, and an email containing delivery information is sent to the email address provided.
A shipping fee of $15 is charged at checkout for each item purchased. If the $15 per item charge exceeds the exact cost of shipping, the overage will be refunded to your Paypal account. If the $15 per item charge does not cover the exact cost of shipping we will notify you of the amount due. In most cases shipments to destinations outside the 48 states will cost more than the $15 per item charged at checkout. In those cases you will receive emailed notification of the exact charge prior to shipping, or you may contact us prior to ordering for the exact shipping cost.

All domestic shipments are insured, however there are limitations and/or exceptions to insuring international shipments. Due to the many factors outside of our control Solmar Imports accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to international shipments unless prior arrangements are made with regard to the method of shipping and insuring the order.
