Excellent quizzical blue dog from master carver Jacobo Angeles, and painter/wife Maria Mendosa. A wonderful display of old Zapotec motifs are utilized in the series of bands decorating the dog’s fur. A compatable, connecting tail adds to this canine’s visual appeal. A very attractive shade of blue has been used here, in this collector’s piece.
